How to take the IPPF Governance course on DisasterReady +
Step 1 – Logging into DisasterReady+
Log into DisasterReady+ using your login details.
Username: (this should be your email address)
Password: Learning1 – This is a default password once you are first enrolled. You will be prompted to change the password when you first log in.
Step 2 – Viewing your Learning
Once you are logged in, go to Search button on the top right-hand corner of the page.
Click on the Search button and type in Governance. This will bring up the IPPF Governance courses in different languages.
Alternatively you can go to the Navigation Menu on the top right-hand corner of the page.
From the list, please select My Learning -> View My Learning.
You will find a list of courses you are enrolled in or have access to. This will include the 3 IPPF Governance Course Curriculums (see image below). If you do not see these, then please type “Governance” in the Search box and these should be amongst the options that appear.
Step 3 - Opening the Governance course Curriculum
Click on Open Curriculum. This will open a window in which all the modules will be listed. You will need to click on Launch to start each module.
Changing your Password
The first time you login into your DR+account, you will be prompted to change your password.
However, if you need want or need to change your password in the future, these are the instructions on how to do it.
- If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on the reset Password link on the login page.
- You will also be able to change the password by clicking on the Navigation menu bar on the top right hand corner.
From the menu, click on My Account.
Then click on Options (top right hand corner) and select Change password. This will allow you to change it to something more meaningful for you.
