Barclays site - Cannot use card reader

Cannot use the Barclays card reader. The button on the Barclays website has disappeared, therefore, users are unable to log on and see / review any of their accounts or approve any payments.

This is most likely because, the user is using Firefox, which Barclays have stopped supporting.

Users will have to use chrome, after making some changes in the settings.

Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser, then click More tools, then Extensions

Finance users who have the Barclays app installed will see, “Gemalto web signer for Barclays”. Once this is enabled and the browser page is is refreshed, the button will appear.
