Commodities Report

Reports

Once you have completed your estimations and orders you may now find it useful to look in the Commodities reports. These are to be found in the menu, Commodities then click Analysis.

Note: A particularly useful report is the report which shows the distribution trends of your Member Association for all the previous years which you have entered data. By looking at this report you can see your Annual Report data which will show you how many of each product you have been distributing to your various channels. This will help you in estimating how this might alter in the following years.

In here you will find a summary of all the reports and their contents. When you have selected the report you would like to view please click on its corresponding Report button. Within each report you can specify the year and product which you would like to view the information from. These products are also available to be exported as PDF which is a more suitable format to email and print. It also means that they can not be altered.
