- Record quantities received & pending, issues to clients, adjustments, and closing balance as of December 31st.
- Analysis examines warehouse stock levels, APB/Supplemental requests vs received/pending quantities by sources and donors.
- Deadline February 28
HYR: Jan-June of current year.
- Records quantities receive & pending, issues to clients, adjustments, and ending balance as of June 30.
- Analysis examines months in stock, APB vs. quantities received/pending, Supplemental Request needs.
- Deadline July 31

APB: Upcoming 12 month calendar year
- Records forecast of receipts from other sources, estimation of issues, approximation of buffer stock needs, forecast of closing balance at year end.
- Deadline Mid november
RO Analysis & Recommendations: Upcoming 12 months
- Analysis examines quantities requested taking into consideration distribution trends of last 3 years, buffer stock requirements & program needs, estimated supply of other donors.
